This Privacy Policy explains how Turul Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Balloon Pop Puzzle: Clear Path (the "Game"), available on Google Play. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not intentionally collect information that directly identifies you (such as your name or email address) unless you contact us by email. The Game and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect: - Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language and region settings, and identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID. - Usage and gameplay data: levels played, in-game progress, session length, buttons or features used, and similar analytics events. - Diagnostic data: crash logs, error reports, and performance data. All of this information is collected in a pseudonymous form and is used to operate and improve the Game, not to identify you personally.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to: - Provide, operate, and maintain the Game and save your in-game progress on your device; - Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues; - Understand how players use the Game so we can improve levels and features; - Show advertisements and measure their performance.
3. Advertising
The Game is free and is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may use your device's Advertising ID and other data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads. 4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand Game usage and stability. In-game progress is stored locally on your device. Data processed by our third-party providers is retained according to their own retention policies. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), or KVKK (Turkey), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to processing. 10. International Data Transfers
